Rolf Libakken has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2000, they worked as a Manager at Activ Ide AS until 2004. In 2005, they became the Owner of 4-Inventors AS. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Site Manager at Ayanda AS, Båtsfjord, where they were responsible for the purchase and implementation of a new production line, increasing the workforce and overseeing various tasks such as budgeting, health and safety initiatives, production procedures, quality monitoring, and weekly reporting. In 2015, they joined Barents Skipsservice AS as the Head of Technical Services until 2017. Most recently, in 2018, they began working as a Product Developer at wheel.me.
Rolf Libakken pursued their education in a part-time capacity, focusing on business-related subjects. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 2001 to 2002, they enrolled in UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they pursued Project Management. Furthermore, from 2000 to 2001, Rolf Libakken studied Business/Managerial Economics at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
