Eric Couts

Eric Couts is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in managing voice and data networks across numerous locations. Currently serving as the Telecommunications Director at Wheel Pros since July 2023, Eric previously held the position of Director Of Telecommunications at 4 Wheel Parts from September 2002 to July 2023. In this role, Eric oversaw the maintenance of over 100 phone systems and networks across the United States and Canada, utilizing various platforms including Interactive Intelligence/Genesys and NEC systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Telecommunications Architect at Ditech.Com and as a Telecommunications Specialist 2 at Merisel. Education was obtained at Long Beach City College.
