Kasha Garneau

Kasha Garneau is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at McIntire Roofing since 2024. In this role, Kasha oversees daily operations, including production, project management, logistics, and safety, while leading a team of over 20 employees to promote a culture of safety and exceptional customer service. Prior to this, Kasha held the position of Accounts Payable Manager at Hoonigan Industries and ELEMENTS, where responsibilities included enhancing invoice processing efficiency and coordinating financial close activities. Kasha also contributed significantly as Accounts Payable Manager and Lead at The Premier Roofing Company, optimizing processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Kasha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management/Recreation from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
