Teodoro Anderson Diaz

Teodoro Anderson Diaz is the current VP of Health & Wellness Center Outpatient Services at Wheeler Clinic. Throughout their career, Teodoro has been a psychiatric clinician and has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient care. Teodoro has also served as a behavioral health team leader and as a key member of various steering committees focused on continuous quality improvement. In their current role, Teodoro oversees the major operational functions of the Health & Wellness Center Outpatient Services, including therapist and intern recruitment, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning / process, discharge planning, case management, program development, regulatory compliance, and accreditation. Under Teodoro's leadership, the Health & Wellness Center Outpatient Services has become a leading provider of acute care to patients in need.

Teodoro Anderson Diaz has a professional medical interpreter certification from Eastern Area Health Education Center in Mansfield, CT. Teodoro also has a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Human Service Administration from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. Additionally, they have a certification from LinkedIn in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making.
