Tommy Featheringill

Tommy Featheringill is an experienced professional in volunteer management and event coordination, currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Services & Executive Projects at Wheeler Mission since June 2021. In this role, Tommy oversees the volunteer ministry staff and manages a significant volunteer base of over 16,000 individuals across nine locations, focusing on effective recruitment, training, and coordination. Previous experiences include serving as Director of Volunteers at Cummins Inc., where Tommy managed volunteer initiatives and events, and holding the position of Human Resources & Advancement Associate at Covenant Christian High School, contributing to revenue generation and strategic growth. Tommy also worked as Program Production Coordinator at Blueprint Summer Programs, coordinating initiatives aimed at guiding high school students in their educational pursuits. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Conventions, and Events Management from IUPUI.
