Jacob Silkey P.e.

Jacob Silkey, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and sales sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer for Wheeler Lumber since May 2016, Jacob specializes in highway products, including steel bridges and salt storage buildings, covering regions in Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Prior to this role, Jacob worked at CH2M HILL from March 2011 to April 2016, focusing on civil construction engineering for WisDOT transportation projects, which included various sizes of projects from rural roads to urban developments. Additionally, Jacob held an engineering internship with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation from May 2009 to December 2010. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010.
