Kari Guan

Kari Guan has worked in various roles in the recruiting and talent space since 2011. Kari began their career as an Undergraduate Research Associate at UC Irvine in 2011. In 2014, they joined Corporate Search/ J. Marymont Inc as an Executive Recruiter and Technical Recruiter. In 2016, they worked as a Sourcer at Theranos. In 2017, they were hired as the first Technical Recruiter at Zumper. In 2019, they joined Lyric as a Talent Partner, where they currently manage a blend of GTM and technical recruiting. In 2021, they became a Senior Ops Recruiter at Hipcamp. Kari Guan is currently a Senior Recruiter at Wheelhouse, a position they have held since 2022.

Kari Guan attended UC Irvine, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Society and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior.
