Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through five segments: the Property Development segment, the Property Investment segment, the Communications, Media and Entertainment segment, the Logistics segment, and the Hotels segment. The Development Property segment is involved in the acquisition, development, design, construction, sales and marketing of the Company's trading properties, which are primarily in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. The Property Investment segment is involved in property leasing operations. Its properties portfolio, which mainly consists of retail, office and serviced apartments, is primarily located in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. The Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) segment is involved in pay television, Internet and multimedia and other businesses operated by i-CABLE Communications Limited (i-CABLE).
