Marsha Perkins

Marsha Perkins is an experienced System Specialist, Trainer, and Instructional Designer currently at Wheels, Inc. since May 2016, where responsibilities include managing change management training for Client Services staff and developing workflow documentation for new software releases. Previously, Marsha served as a Training Manager at Mindcrest from December 2014 to January 2016, leading a large-scale training project within the Financial Services sector. Additional experience includes the role of IT College Manager for the Americas at Mars Global Services in 2014, where Marsha coordinated global training initiatives, and as a Business Technologies and Microsoft Application Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center from 2007 to 2014, contributing to the expansion of the Business Skill instruction line across 20 states. Marsha holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication and Sociology from Kent State University.
