Anil Santhapuri

Anil Santhapuri is an accomplished leader in talent management and learning and development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of the Academy for Management and Leadership Excellence at TVS Motor Company since May 2023, Anil focuses on integrating people, culture, and strategies to foster global leadership. Previous roles include Director of Skills Solutions at FIS, Director of Learning and Development at CGI and Altisource, and significant positions at Western Union and HCL Technologies, where Anil championed initiatives in digital reskilling, leadership development, and organizational culture. Anil holds an MBA in Marketing Management and multiple coaching certifications, alongside a solid foundation in engineering with a Bachelor's degree from Osmania University.
