Ashish Jain

Ashish Jain has an extensive work experience history. Ashish started their career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking. Ashish then participated in the Smart Start Scholarship program, where they worked in various roles and gained experience in Latin America Credit Research, Japan Equities Research, Municipal and Government Securities Origination Desk, International Compensation and Benefits, and Investment Banking Software Development.

Afterwards, Ashish worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC, where they evaluated investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and monitored portfolio companies.

Ashish then served as an Operating Partner and Interim CFO at RoadSafe Traffic Systems, where they oversaw road safety services and managed a team of over 1,000 employees.

Ashish also worked as an Independent Sponsor, Operating Partner, and Interim CFO at Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd., overseeing multiple divisions that manufactured extreme terrain vehicles and gears.

Ashish served as the Chief Financial Officer at PepperBall, a company specializing in non-lethal personal defense products.

Most recently, Ashish joined Whelen Engineering as the Chief Financial Officer.

Ashish Jain has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College. Prior to attending Baruch College, they attended Stuyvesant High School. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Temple University Japan where they focused on East Asian Studies.
