Mark Dunham

Mark Dunham has extensive experience at Whelen Engineering, where Mark has held various roles since April 2002, including Associate Product Manager, Cloud & Desktop Software Support Specialist, Technical Support Group Software Lead, and Senior Software Training Specialist. In these positions, Mark has focused on developing training resources, enhancing internal communications, and building knowledge bases to improve customer and internal support. Mark has also contributed to the creation of an online training course, Master Class, and has played a pivotal role in software development and technical support. Prior to Whelen Engineering, Mark worked as a Carpenter and Concrete Finisher at Naylor & Breen Builders, contributing to the construction of residential and commercial buildings. Mark's education includes attendance at Mill River Union High School and West Rutland High School.
