Marie Schultz has a strong background in customer care and retail management. Marie started their career in 2007 at Target as an Executive Team Leader, overseeing operations and training. Marie then moved on to Walmart as an Assistant Manager in Operations before becoming a General Manager at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota. In 2018, they transitioned to When I Work, where they held various roles, eventually becoming the Director of Customer Care & Success. Throughout their career, they showed proficiency in leadership, team management, and operational oversight.

Marie Schultz graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007 with a degree in Management and a field of study in Business. Marie has also obtained additional certifications including Mental Health First Aid Re-Certification in 2023, HDI Support Center Director in 2021, Mental Health First Aid USA in 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2017.
