Brad Hayward has a diverse work experience in various industries. Brad began their career at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, where they worked as a student from 2002 to 2003. Brad then worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Thatchers Cider from 2006 to 2007.

Afterwards, Brad joined Accolade Wines in 2010, starting as a Production Scheduler and later transitioning to roles such as Portfolio Planner and Supply Planning & Portfolio Development Project Manager. During their time at Accolade Wines, they were responsible for managing production plans, implementing strategic improvement initiatives, and coordinating feasibility studies for brand portfolio development. Brad also played a key role in an ERP implementation project.

In 2014, Brad took on a different venture as the Owner of www.theplaybus.com. This family-run business provided mobile soft play parties for children up to 8 years old.

Brad's most recent work experience includes being a Run Director at parkrun, starting in 2012 and continuing until 2023. In this volunteer position, they organized and executed weekly 5k runs, managing a team of volunteers and ensuring a well-organized and friendly experience for the runners.

Currently, Brad is working as a Supply Chain Manager at When in Rome, a position they started in December of 2022.

Brad Hayward attended Wellington School in Somerset from 1993 to 2000. During this period, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Toxicology at the University of Surrey from 2000 to 2004. In July 2013, Brad obtained a Level 5 certification from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
