Mihály Mészáros

Mihály Mészáros is a skilled software engineer currently working at Whereby since May 2021. Previously, Mihály served as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at the Governmental Information-Technology Development Agency (GITDA) from September 2016 to April 2021, and was a member of the NRENum.net Operation Team at GÉANT from May 2008 to April 2021. Additionally, Mihály contributed to academia as a lecturer in the Computer Network Laboratory at the University of Debrecen for a brief period in late 2019. Mihály also held key roles in the W3C Web Real-Time Communications Working Group and chaired the TF-WEBRTC Task Force at GÉANT Association. An early career included research at NIIF Institute and an internship at Oracle Hungary. Mihály obtained an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Miskolc and a BSc in Information Technology from Gépipari és Automatizálási Főiskola.
