Alejandra Platoni

Alejandra Platoni has over 12 years of professional experience. Alejandra began their career in 2007 as a Sales Specialist at Platoni Propiedades, where they were responsible for the complete cycle of real estate sales, commercial management with clients and acquisition of new clients. In 2009, they became an Independent Professional and worked as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, where they conducted evaluations and psychodiagnostics, psychotherapy processes, parental orientation and family therapy. In 2013, they joined WRIGHT Consulting as a Senior Consultant. In 2016, they began working at TTI SUCCESS INSIGHTS CHILE as a Training & Certification Manager and DISC trainer. Alejandra also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Freelance from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were the People Manager at efizity, where they led the professional development plans of the collaborators and managed the performance evaluation and professional development of the organization's employees. In 2019, they joined Lemontech as People & Culture Manager, where they were responsible for the organizational culture, promoting organizational development processes and change management. Alejandra also implemented OKRs as an objectives management tool throughout the organization. In 2022, they joined Start-Up Chile as a Mentor. In 2020, they began working at wherEX as the Head of People, where they are responsible for the organizational culture, promoting organizational development processes and change management.

Alejandra Platoni has a diverse educational background. Alejandra completed their Master in Innovation and Business Sustainability from EADA Business School in 2022. In 2009, they obtained a Specialist in Systemic Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Alejandra also holds a Psychologist degree from Universidad Diego Portales, which they obtained in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as CS50's Introduction to Computer Science from Harvard University in 2020, Human Resources Strategy Bootcamp from Udemy in 2020, Competency-based Interviews Workshop from Extended DISC in 2020, Motivators - Certified Professional Motivators Analyst from TTI Success Insights in 2015, Style Inshights - DISC: Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst from TTI Success Insights in 2015, and International Certification in Interpretation of Scientific Assessments to Predict Performance from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2013.
