Beth Labossiere

Beth LaBossiere is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and strategy across multiple sectors, currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Chief of Staff at Whetstone Distribution, a platform for food distribution in the Midwest, since September 2022. Concurrently, Beth holds the position of Operating Executive | CXO at Shore Capital Partners, focusing on placing MBA graduates in executive roles within portfolio companies. Previous roles include Consultant at Bain & Company, where Beth worked on profit improvement and market strategies, and Commercialization Strategist at Alpine Bio, an ag tech innovator. Additional experience encompasses investment banking at Goldman Sachs and leadership in a community service organization at Yale University.
