Suzanne Dobbins has extensive experience in leadership roles within customer service and sales, particularly in the B2B sector. Currently serving as Head of B2B Traders and Head of Applications for Which? Trusted Traders since April 2023, Suzanne previously held various positions at Which? between 2014 and 2021, including Head Of Applications & Onboarding, where significant process improvements and KPI turnarounds were achieved. Prior roles include Customer Services Manager at Dojo, Sales Team Leader at Europa, and Team Leader at LV=. Suzanne began her career in sales as a Sales Negotiator at Darlows and honed skills in team management and strategy development across multiple industries. Suzanne holds a History Degree from Cardiff University.
