Mitch Surette

Mitch Surette has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on the entertainment and media industries. Mitch currently serves as the Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Whip Media.

Mitch began their career in software as a Functional Analyst, Web Design, Film Production at JuntoBox Films. Mitch then transitioned into a role as a Presales Technical Consultant at HP Autonomy. In this role, Mitch was responsible for providing domain expertise and industry analysis to support the integration of legacy functionality into new SAP embedded and cloud solutions.

In July 2015, Mitch joined Vistex (formerly Counterpoint Systems) as a Sales Engineer. In this role, Mitch was responsible for developing and delivering targeted demonstrations of the company's rights and royalties software solutions for the entertainment and licensing industries. Mitch also streamlined demo preparation efforts by developing internal environments with updated use cases to respond to the evolving needs of the media industry.

In March 2020, Mitch joined Whip Media as the Vice President of Solutions Engineering. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales engineering team and driving software revenue through the development and delivery of targeted and effective demonstrations.

Mitch Surette has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston University.
