Tracy Luckow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tracy is currently the Co-Founder and President of Whipnotic, a whipped cream company that uses patent-pending technology to add flavor and color to their products. Prior to that, they were the VP of Strategy at Sakara Life. Tracy also has experience in the non-profit sector, where they worked as the President of WW Good Foundation, creating a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and producing millions of healthier meals for underserved families. Tracy has also held leadership positions at Sabra Dipping Company, where they created a successful business by diversifying their product portfolio, and at Dannon, where they led strategic initiatives and played a key role in transforming the company into a market leader. Tracy started their career at Pepsi, where they held various positions and contributed to the development of a consumer-based strategy for healthier beverages.

Tracy Luckow completed their Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cornell University from 1996 to 1999. Tracy then pursued a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Following this, Tracy enrolled in University College Cork, where they pursued a PhD in Sensory Science and Nutrition from 2001 to 2004.
