Todd then went on to work at Inland Pacific Engineering, Inc. as President, overseeing various aspects of the company. After that, Todd joined CLC Associates as a Principal and Senior Vice President, where Todd handled project entitlements, engineering design, and more. Currently, Todd serves as President of Whipple Consulting Engineers, where Todd leads a wide range of engineering services across multiple states. Todd graduated from Gonzaga University with a BSCE in Civil Engineering.
