Alfonso Gómez Herrera is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in logistics and manufacturing improvement methodologies. Currently serving as the World Class Logistics Central Team Manager at Whirlpool Corporation since October 2019, Alfonso has been instrumental in driving loss elimination and enhancing customer satisfaction through the World Class Manufacturing initiative. Previously, Alfonso held various roles at Unilever from August 2013 to October 2019, including World Class Manufacturing Leader and Senior Logistics Leader, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence in the supply chain.
