Allie Woodford is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in creative project management and team development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations at Whirlpool Corporation since August 2025, Allie previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Epsilon for nearly two decades. Demonstrating a strong record of operational leadership, Allie built teams that managed over 1,000 creative projects annually and achieved significant operational efficiencies. With a comprehensive skill set in creative design, art direction, and marketing strategy, Allie has managed teams across various roles, contributing to client success for renowned brands such as The Home Depot and Visa.
