Debopriyo Sengupta

Debopriyo Sengupta is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for India and Asia Pacific at Whirlpool Corporation since May 2014. In this role, Debopriyo leads the Organization Effectiveness practice globally and oversees Talent Acquisition across Asia. Previously, Debopriyo held several key positions at Whirlpool, including Head of Total Rewards for Asia Pacific and Global Senior Manager of Human Resources for Business Partnering in Global Product Development. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Talent Management at HDFC Standard Life Insurance. Debopriyo holds an MBA in HR and International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a BA in Economics from Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
