Judith B. has extensive experience in the manufacturing and consumer products sectors, holding various leadership roles at prominent companies such as INVISTA and Reynolds Consumer Products. Starting as a Manufacturing Superintendent and Technical Superintendent at INVISTA from 1999 to 2000, Judith managed operations and directed product development for synthetic PET filament. At Reynolds Consumer Products, roles included President of Presto Products, Director of Manufacturing and Operations Excellence, and Senior Vice President of Business Transformation, where Judith led efforts to enhance operational efficiency and innovation across multiple manufacturing sites. Judith's career showcases a strong focus on process improvement, product development, and leadership in engineering, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Currently, Judith serves as a Board Member at Whirlpool Corporation.
