Ludo Beaufils

Ludo Beaufils is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the appliance industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President for KitchenAid Small Appliances at Whirlpool Corporation since July 2006. Beaufils has held various leadership roles within Whirlpool, including Vice President of Engineering for Global Platforms and General Manager for Refrigeration in North America, overseeing full P&L responsibility. Previous positions include Director for Whirlpool Brand North America and Marketing Director for Fabric Care and Home Cleaning in Europe, focusing on long-term product strategies and operational competencies. Prior to Whirlpool, Beaufils spent seven years at The Boston Consulting Group managing strategy and implementation projects across various industries and functions. Beaufils began a career in finance as a Project Finance Associate at BNP, following an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
