Currently serving as the Global Cost & Quality Leader for KitchenAid Small Appliances, Marcel oversees a team focused on enhancing cost and quality for KitchenAid products while leading cross-functional reviews with stakeholders. Previous roles include Global System Integrator & Architect and Global System Engineer, where responsibilities spanned product development for the KitchenAid Stand Mixer, the development of cutting-edge Induction Technology, and the integration of IoT features in cooktops. Marcel's early career included project leadership for both North and Latin America, emphasizing innovation and quality improvement through methodologies like Six Sigma. Marcel holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
