Michael Kudela

Michael Kudela is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in eLearning development and face-to-face training, currently serving at Whirlpool Corporation since December 2016. Prior to this role, Kudela was the Assistant Director of Online & Summer Academic Programs at Bowling Green State University, where responsibilities included enhancing administrative processes for program coordination and implementation. Kudela also worked as an instructional designer at Bowling Green State University from 2001 to June 2015, focusing on course design that employed effective pedagogical models. Early career experience includes roles as an instructional designer student and web designer at BGSU Firelands. Michael Kudela holds a Master of Education in Career and Technology Education and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Technology, both from Bowling Green State University.
