Charlie (Chonglin) Liu

Charlie (Chonglin) Liu has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Charlie (Chonglin) currently serves as the Chief Architect at Whisker Labs since January 2017. Prior to this, they held the same role at Earth Networks from July 2005 to January 2017. Charlie also worked at Weatherbug as the Director of Engineering from December 2000 to July 2005, where they managed software development and was responsible for back end IT infrastructure development, as well as the development of the WeatherBug desktop application, mobile application, and web development. Before Weatherbug, Charlie worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Bridgeport Machines, Inc from July 1995 to July 1997. In this role, they gained experience in Windows application development, On-Air Weather Broadcasting System, web page development, and client/server and application server programming.

Charlie (Chonglin) Liu pursued their Ph.D. in Engineering from 1993 to 1995 at The George Washington University. Prior to this, they attended Tsinghua University, although no specific years or degrees were provided.
