Neal Lackritz

Neal Lackritz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in hardware engineering and advanced technology. Currently serving as VP of HW Engineering at Whisker, Neal oversees the strategy and development of connected pet care solutions, emphasizing robotics and IoT-enabled devices. Prior to this role, Neal was VP of Advanced Technology at AriensCo, leading the development of autonomous outdoor power equipment. As VP of Product Development and Engineering at Genesis Motion Solutions, Neal drove significant advancements in motion technology and improved development efficiency. Neal's experience also includes leadership roles at isee ai for autonomous systems and at DSP Concepts, where embedded voice recognition technology was successfully integrated into consumer devices. Neal holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has pursued doctoral studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
