As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I am providing therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I believe in meeting each client where they are with compassion, respect, and trauma-informed lens. I incorporate evidence-based treatments including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. I specialize in helping clients navigate the effects of trauma, Autism Level 1, ADHD, and substance use. Together, we will work to foster resilience, healing, and positive change in your life. My telehealth services cover Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington, and throughout N.C. In person services provided in the Hendersonville, NC area. I help clients with ADHD, Autism Level 1, trauma, and substance use by creating a supportive space where we build skills, uncover strengths, and heal past wounds. Together, we work toward better focus, emotional balance, and healthier coping—so you can feel more confident and in control of your life. You don’t have to face things alone.
