Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member and Sr VP of Business Development at WhisperPower since August 2023, Raats previously held significant leadership roles at Kohler Co. from December 2003 to August 2022, including Managing Director for Global Marine & EMEA and Managing Director EMEA. Prior to that, Raats was the Managing Director EMEA at Detroit Diesel from 1994 to 2003. Raats's academic qualifications include a Masterclass for Managing Directors in Business Administration and Management from TIAS School for Business and Society and education at Autotechnische school Apeldoorn.
