Rene Lima is a seasoned software engineer and technology executive with extensive experience in innovation and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at New Work SE since September 2022, Rene previously held the positions of International Partner for Technology at the World Business Angels Investment Forum and Chief of Innovation Officer at AL4MO. With a strong background in technology leadership, Rene has served on technology advisory boards and as Chief Information Officer at FNDE, driving critical operations support for significant funding initiatives. Additional roles include Chief Technology Officer at the Ministry of Education and Software Engineering Consultant at OEI, showcasing expertise in high-end solution development, software architecture, and governance. Rene holds a Licentiate in Computer Science from Universidade de Brasília and executive education in Branding, Brand Culture, and Open Innovation from FGV.
