Karl Ford has worked in high tech his entire career and has watched Utah become the high-tech incubator and showcase of software success it is today. He has held engineering leadership roles in everything from startups to global category leaders with products ranging from business applications to content security and fintech. After beginning his career as a software developer, he found his true passion leading teams, developing technical talent, and helping organizations engineer products that will establish them as leaders in their markets.
He is an avid golfer, the guy who can fix anything, and a doting dad and “papa” who loves making dinner for his family every Sunday. After many years playing and coaching sports (not to mention a couple of ACL replacements), he is now content to spectate from the comfort of his living room with his wife.
