Mathew Carr

Mathew Carr has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Change & Development Manager and Application Development Manager & Solution Architect at Whistl UK Ltd since September 2013, focusing on the management and development of Operational Postal systems and system security design. Prior to this role, Mathew held the position of Application Development Manager at CEVA Logistics for over 14 years, where responsibilities included managing a development team and creating bespoke applications using various programming languages. Mathew began a career in IT as a Sole Proprietor at Micro Experts, providing services in PC supply, installation, and network design. Earlier experience includes working as an Application Developer/Support Analyst at Genus Information Systems, specializing in SCO-UNIX systems and programming in COBOL and Informix. Educational background includes attendance at Milton High School.
