Carolina Aguiar

Carolina Aguiar began their work experience in 2021 as an EBEC Porto 24h 2022 Topic Group Intern at BEST Porto. Carolina held this position from December 2021 to May 2022. In 2022, they undertook a research internship at Sincrono, Lda, where they developed a unit of production for auto consumption using solar panels. During this internship, they gained experience with software such as PVSyst and AutoCAD and also improved their data analysis skills. Currently, they are working at Whistleblower Software as a Business Development Representative in Portugal. This leading whistleblower channel solution company provides compliant and secure channels for companies, public institutions, and law firms worldwide. Carolina has been in this role since March 2023.

Carolina Aguiar completed their education in the field of Electrical Engineering. Carolina obtained a Master's degree from Aarhus University, where they studied from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, where they studied from 2019 to 2022.

In addition to their academic degrees, Carolina Aguiar has also obtained two certifications. Carolina received a Professional Training Certificate in AUTOCAD from Ciência e Letras - Formação Especializada in June 2022. In November 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge University Press & Assessment English.
