Christian (CJ) Jessen

Christian (CJ) Jessen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian (CJ) is currently working at Whistleblower Software as VP Finance and Operations since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Trim (formerly ZyseMe) where they held the roles of GTM & Ops lead (Interim COO / CFO) from August 2022 to December 2022, and Chief of Staff from May 2021 to August 2022.

Before their time at Trim, CJ took a career break from September 2020 to April 2021. Prior to the break, they were associated with Citi for several years, starting as an Analyst in June 2015 and progressing to various positions such as Senior Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate in the Transportation sector. Christian (CJ) was responsible for handling structured debt and loan products for clients mainly in the Aviation and Shipping industries. CJ also had management responsibilities as a group staffer at Citi, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and workload balancing.

Christian (CJ) has entrepreneurial experience as well, having founded Easy-Web in 2007 and serving as its Founder until May 2015. CJ also worked as a Web Developer at Paradiss ApS from August 2006 to August 2007, where they rebuilt the e-commerce site after an incident. Christian (CJ) co-founded N-club, Denmark's largest online Nintendo community, in 2002 and managed the organization until 2007.

Additionally, CJ has experience in business development as a Business Developer at Founders A/S from July 2013 to December 2013, where they assisted in starting and developing companies within the Founders portfolio. Christian (CJ) also co-founded Todo Internet Peru S.A.C. in 2010, where they managed technical staff and worked on financial projections.

Before entering the corporate world, CJ served 4 months of military service at The Danish International Logistical Center (DANILOG) from August 2008 to November 2008, gaining skills in advanced first aid, weapons training, and radio communication.

Christian (CJ) Jessen has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. In 2014, they were also a GLOBE Scholar at both The Chinese University of Hong Kong and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they focused on International Business. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification in "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2021: Go from Zero to Hero" from Udemy in February 2021.
