Roger Marrero

Roger Marrero is a seasoned private equity professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and tech-enabled services sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Whistler Capital Partners LLC since March 2025, Marrero focuses on growth equity and buyouts. Previously, Marrero was a Senior Partner/Managing Partner at Comvest Partners from February 2010 to February 2025, where contributions included the development of a value creation playbook and serving on the Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and Executive Committee. Earlier career experiences include roles at ABRY Partners and Apax Partners, specializing in private equity investments across various sectors, as well as an associate position at Hicks Muse Tate & Furst. Marrero holds a BBA and BA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
