Robert Cooper

Robert Cooper is an experienced construction professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Estimator/P6 Scheduler at Whitaker Construction Company, Inc. since March 2021, Robert also holds the position of President/Owner at Windfall Construction, Inc. from November 1997 to the present. Previous roles include Estimator/P6 Scheduler at Meadow Valley Contractors, Inc. d/b/a ACC Southwest/William Charles Construction from July 2017 to March 2021, and Project Manager at Rowley Contracting, Inc. from July 2008 to July 2017. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
