Renee Cassidy

Renee Cassidy is an experienced Claims Manager at Whitbread Insurance Brokers, where since January 2011, leadership of the claims department has been a primary responsibility. Efforts have been focused on team management, process establishment, and enhancing the company's reputation. Prior to this role, Renee worked as a Claims Executive at Freeman McMurrick Pty Ltd. from June 2006 to December 2010, handling various insurance claims and delivering broking services, including managing a binder for Lloyd’s of London clients with authority to settle claims in Australia. Renee holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
