Amoret Heyns-Proctor

Amoret Heyns-Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amoret started their career in 2007 as a Team Supervisor at The Young Pretender. From there, they worked as a Front of House Team Member at Mitchells & Butlers in 2010. In the same year, they also joined Samaritans as a Listening and Support Volunteer, providing confidential and non-judgemental assistance to callers. Amoret continued their volunteer work until 2011. In 2011, they joined Premier Inn as a Sales Support Executive, where they worked until 2016. Amoret then moved to Whitbread in 2017, initially working as a B2B Sales Operations Executive until 2022. At Whitbread, they were then promoted to the role of Senior Decision Analyst before becoming the HR Insight Lead, a position they currently hold.

Amoret Heyns-Proctor completed their high school education at Tygerberg High School from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a degree in Health Sciences and Social Services, with a major in Counselling Psychology, at UNISA from 2005 to 2010.
