Eliza Brooks

Eliza Brooks has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eliza started their career in 2004 as an Operations Support Manager at Premier Inn. After that, they joined Pizza Hut in 2005 as an Area Manager, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, Eliza joined Whitbread and held various roles including Regional Operations Manager, Regional Operations Director, and currently serves as the Operations Director for Premier Inn and Restaurants at Whitbread since March 2021. Eliza has been actively contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with throughout their career.

Eliza Brooks obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Robert Gordon University, completing their studies between 1994 and 1997.
