Jack Lloyd currently serves as the Process and Resource Lead and Skills Trainer at Whitbread, having transitioned into this role in April 2023. In the position of Regional Implementation Manager, Jack played a key role in facilitating the largest change in Whitbread and Premier Inn’s history through the migration to Oracle's OPERA hotel property management system. Prior to this, Jack held various positions at Premier Inn from April 2015 to April 2023, culminating in the role of Deputy Hotel Manager at a prominent Birmingham location, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team of over 100 was a primary focus. Jack also has experience as Head Chef, managing kitchen operations and standards, as well as roles in reception and duty management, overseeing daily operations and fostering a culture of excellence among team members.
