Lili Benkert

Lili Benkert is a Product Owner at Whitbread, where they drive the product roadmap and enhance customer experiences. A passionate graduate with a Master's in Behaviour Change from UCL, Lili earned a distinction for research on sustainable clothing purchases among young women. Previously, they held the role of Junior Project Manager at Sweaty Betty, managing meetings and ensuring project success, and gained technical skills as an IT Support Contractor there. Lili also holds a First-Class BSc in Psychology with International Experience from Bangor University and has worked in customer service roles at Marks and Spencer and Morrisons.
