Natasha Lane

Natasha Lane is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the hospitality and food service sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director for Premier Inn & Restaurants at Whitbread since August 2014, Natasha has held multiple key roles within the company, including Regional Operations Director for both Premier Inn and Costa Coffee. Prior to joining Whitbread, Natasha worked at West Cornwall Pasty Co. Limited as an Area Manager and at Little Chef as a Regional Manager. Natasha's career also includes significant tenure at Select Service Partner Limited, where various roles included Senior Multi Unit Manager, Brand Excellence Coach, Group Manager, Cluster Manager, and Store Manager.
