Justin Overman

Justin Overman has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Justin started their career as a CNC Programmer and Machinist at Hendrick Motorsports in 1999. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer II, where they were responsible for PLC troubleshooting, process and procedure development, and employee training. In 2018, they joined Elomi Corp as a Manufacturing Engineer and Milling Manager, overseeing a team of operators and working on developing machining operations and optimizing existing processes. In 2019, they moved to Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Whitcraft Group.

Justin Overman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology from Appalachian State University. Justin attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
