David Creagan

David Creagan is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and international law. As a Partner at White and Williams LLP since May 2005, David plays an active role in various practice areas, including reinsurance, securities law, appellate, and antitrust. Prior to this, David served as a Partner at Harkins Cunningham LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation, and as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. David's earlier career includes significant roles at the United States Department of State, where responsibilities included Deputy Director of the Office of European Regional Political-Military Affairs and Political Officer at the American Embassy in Budapest. David holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and advanced degrees in Political Science and Government & International Studies from the University of Chicago and University of Notre Dame, respectively.
