Debbie Rodman

Debbie Rodman is a Partner at White and Williams LLP, with a career dedicated to representing employers in various disputes involving employees since December 1989. Specializing in discrimination, wrongful discharge, and retaliation cases, Debbie Rodman also negotiates employment agreements, separation agreements, and advises on litigation avoidance and best practices in employment. Additionally, Debbie Rodman has been a member of the Employment Law Steering Committee for DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar since 1995. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Debbie Rodman holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in American Studies and History from Brandeis University.
