Nicole Sullivan

Nicole Sullivan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and commercial transactions, currently serving as a Chief Member at Chief since August 2021, an organization dedicated to empowering women leaders. As a Partner at White and Williams LLP since February 2017, Nicole leads efforts in litigation and legal risk assessment within a prominent law firm. Previous roles include being a Partner at LeClairRyan, P.C. from May 2007 to February 2017, where Nicole excelled in high-stakes commercial litigation, and serving as an Associate at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP and Trief & Olk. Nicole began a legal career clerking for U.S. Magistrate Judge David R. Homer, focusing on significant civil rights issues. Nicole earned a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany.
