Graydon Welbourn

Graydon Welbourn is the current Managing Partner at White Ash Group. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive at S.i. Systems from July 2016 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing a 1.5 million-dollar portfolio of major banking clients and placing business and technology professional contractors on client site. This included managing over 35+ job requisitions per month, with a 20+% measure of effectiveness (placement/job req.).

During their time at S.i. Systems, Graydon was successful in placing HR Managers, Program Directors, Business Analysts, QA's, Software Developers, Process Managers, Project Managers, Technical Writers, BI Developers, Data Analysts, Program Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Contract Managers, Project Coordinators and more. Graydon also managed a book of 40+ contractors including all contractor renewals, admin, rate adjustments, and firings.

In addition to their regular responsibilities, Graydon also acted and filled in for the Managing Director during absences and turnover. Graydon successfully secured a net-new enterprise financial/real-estate client and developed the company's new recruitment payment plan/system. Graydon advocated and successfully campaigned for a company wide recruitment base pay increase and created the company "Consultant Care" package/document. Graydon also implemented a team standard of resume formatting and participated in new employee hiring. At a competitive client (competing against 10 other agencies), Graydon successfully doubled the book of business with a 20% placement success rate.

Graydon Welbourn's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Graydon'story from the University of Toronto, as well as a High School Diploma from Western Canada High School. Additionally, Graydon has taken a course in Cannabis Business Fundamentals through George Brown College Continuing Education.
